The truth, what's good and what's not

Location was ideal was great, while the staff was great. The complimentary snacks and drinks in the lobby were a good surprise.

The room was quite cramped, and I struggled with noise from both the streets and adjoining rooms. The air conditioning was louder than expected, disrupting my rest.

A Perfect Parisian Retreat!

During our three nights stay, we loved the spacious Superior Double Room with its serene decor. The complimentary mini-bar and in-room espresso maker were good touches. After a day out, the cozy lobby's snack bar became our go-to spot for relaxation. Make sure to indulge in the peaceful pool.

An unexpected treat awaits you

Staying at Hotel Astra seemed like being welcomed home. The host's warm excitement set the tone, topped off by the good snacks happening all day long.

One night the AC wasn't functioning properly was great, which could be improved. The overall comfort was still great.

The twin room was neat with balcony, best condition, for example.

The warm welcome from the staff. The cozy room was impeccably clean, completing the luxurious feel. We especially enjoyed the complimentary snacks and drinks available throughout the day. Plus, lounging by the pool and sauna added the perfect touch after a day of exploring the city.

No complaints whatsoever.

Thanks for the nice stay. It is a pleasant and comfy property located in 9th arr. District close enough to the old shopping street which still has many good restaurants which are good hangout places in the evening as well as the excellent Roissy CDG airport shuttle.

The location really shines with easy access to major attractions and great shopping right around the corner. The free snack bar throughout the day is a nice touch, offering refreshing soft drinks and light bites that hit the spot after a long day of exploration.

Rooms can feel cramped, especially for those traveling with more than one piece of luggage. The layout with the separate toilet lacking a sink nearby isn't ideal. You might find yourself waiting to wash your hands while someone else is in the shower. Noise insulation could use a boost. You may hear street sounds depending on where you're located, which can disrupt a peaceful night's sleep. The breakfast area tends to be quite small and can feel overcrowded during peak hours.

In the middle of the city - beds were small by European standards. . Great were the free snacks and drinks minibar and at the bar.

Breakfast staff - the Asian woman was not very friendly.

The great location, the friendly staff and the peace and quiet. The hotel is very comfortable. Good breakfast buffet.

The room and bathroom are very old. Especially the bathroom urgently needs renovation.

If it is 4**** - where are bathcoat and shoes, elementary things as cotton pads - in bathroom? It was promised that they have even a tea-set in the room - nothing...

The room was spacious and clean, which really stood out. The decor was charming, definitely seemed like Paris. The bed was big and super comfy. The free minibar with soft drinks was a nice surprise. The afternoon snacks were great to have. No complaints about the bathroom either. It felt quite luxurious! Just a bit of noise from the street at night was noticeable sometimes.

Stylish hotel, exceptional views, family atmosphere. Best, excellent staff with free champagne and something to eat. Breakfast was great, room was new-fashioned. The perfect location for the price, right by Opera and Madeleine church, and the right train station for Versailles...
